What is CBD?

Cannabidiol.

CBD is derived from hemp plants.

CBD patches should not be confused with THC patches. CBD does not cause a “high”. CBD does not contain THC. (THC is the psychoactive compound in marijuana).

• Is CBD legal? In 2018 the Farm Bill made hemp legal in the United States. However, not all states allow the sale of CBD without a prescription. Releef Direct Solutions makes every effort to check the relevant laws regularly and will not ship CBD product to states that do not allow retail sale of CBD. Virtually all states restrict the sale of CBD products to minors. The laws are in flux, the responsibility for knowing the laws in your state rests with you.

• CBD Isolate, which has no THC, is the type of CBD used in our products.  All our CBD patches have certificates of analysis on both the isolate (raw ingredient) and finished product. These are available here.
